While the room we had was clean, it was very small. They did not have any extra chairs in the room. The tub in the bathroom was slippery. The two breakfast ladies were very nice, smiling at the guests and offering to put away dishes. They deserve to be rewarded for their service.
Jose was great and quick at the front desk 10/10 service. Great rooms, great price.
UNBELIEVABLY awesome stay. Brittany, the front desk young lady was so pleasant, professional and fast really made checking in easy very knowledgable of the area. This is now my new hotel when I stay in Charlottetown.
The best place to take your kids to stay the staff is excellent with all the noise especially around tournament times. I wouldnt recommend another spot I been here 4 times each time at least 4 teams under 12 so you can understand the level of noise
Spent a couple quiet nights at this hotel which had a great bed, desk with chair, and an easy chair, plus coffee maker, microwave, and nice complimentary breakfast A nice sized pool, adequate but small workout room, and an open business area. Five km from downtown.
Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, Dove brand shampoo, conditioner and lotion ( not watered down!) Large tv, fridge/freezer, microwave, great lighting in the bathroom ( mirror lights up). I stayed for a full week and I was very comfortable here! Breakfast is included but I didn't eat it, free parking.
Was really surprised by how comfortable the bed linen were. Also, probably one of the best continental breakfast selections I've seen at a lot of hotels.
Been staying here for years now and always feels like home away from home. From all levels of staff and management always warm and welcoming smiles. Kids love staying here as well . Will be back in a few weeks Merry Christmas and happy new year to everyone at the hotel. Cheers.
